MinWest Development, LLC was formed in 2008, just days after HurrIcane Ike devastated the Bolivar Peninsula. Founders Michael Minick & Brett West knew immediately after the hurricane that they wanted to be a major part of the rebuilding of the beautiful coastal community of Crystal Beach and the Bolivar Peninsula, where they both spent many years enjoying this special place.
Together, they bring over 30 years of experience to this effort to help in rebuilding this amazing community we all simply call .... "The Beach."
